Position: Carpenter – EAP Construction

Shift: Day shifts, Monday–Friday (weekends as needed)

Accommodations: Local only

Job Overview


EAP Construction is currently seeking Carpenters with at least 1 year of hands-on experience to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll work on a variety of commercial, industrial, and civil projects, assisting with both concrete forming and finishing carpentry tasks. We’re looking for motivated tradespeople who take pride in their work, follow safety standards, and are ready to contribute to projects that shape communities across Canada.


Key Responsibilities


  1. Read blueprints and prepare accurate layouts
  2. Build and install concrete forms, structures, and related components
  3. Complete rough and finishing carpentry tasks using trade math skills
  4. Inspect completed units to ensure they are square, level, plumb, and built to specifications
  5. Work with Peri, Doka, and Aluma formwork systems
  6. Collaborate with team members and assist apprentices as required
  7. Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors


Requirements


  1. Minimum 1 year of experience as a carpenter (formwork or finishing)
  2. Fall Protection and Confined Space certifications (asset)
  3. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  4. Strong focus on safety, quality, and attention to detail
  5. Ability to follow instructions and meet project deadlines
